Facebook Group

I have started a group on facebook called Prolactinoma and Natural Healthcare.  If you haven't noticed, I am horrible at updating my blog, but I am hoping this group can be a solution to this :)  I am much much better about FB for some reason.  I think part of it has to do with being able to update in a short brief way when I have time instead of having to make time to write a massive blog post since I haven't made time in FOREVER!  Ha ha!  The second reason for this group is that I am planning on some pretty major diet/regime changes coming up soon and I am going to need some love, support and I would love to have any and all of you join me if you are feeling up to it ;)  As many of you know, I have been able to control my tumor with essential oils and I am looking to really get rid of this thing.  I have no idea if what I am planning on will work, but I believe it will bring me closer to it and it WILL make me a healthier person, so it is a win for me either way!  Here is the link just in case:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/ihaveprolactinoma/ .  Hope to see you there!

Natural Healthcare Webinar

As many of you know, I am very passionate about natural healthcare.  I have been horrible at updating this blog and I apologize for that.  2 babies and building a business from the ground up have taken most of my time.  I am however feeling amazing and have good control of my tumor.  Last blood tests were around 63 and going down RAPIDLY.  Anyway, I wanted to take the time to invite you to a Webinar that I am teaching on natural healthcare.  I will be sharing my tumor story and how we have taken control of our healthcare using essential oils.  Here are the instructions!  I hope to see you there!

Has it been awhile???

Since I haven't written in forever, here are some bullets from last time I wrote (not in any particular order):

  • My little girl turned 1.
  • My little guy turned 3.
  • MRI: Tumor is the same as it was a year ago which is great considering I've been nursing like crazy!
  • Weaned Xaylia last month, naturally I might add, it was hard and painful, but I'm soooo happy  to know that I can do hard things :)
  • Last blood results showed prolactin levels at 201 (Nov 2012).  Down from 300.
  • No headaches.
  • Good energy and less anxiety.
  • Lost about 10 pounds (20 to go.)
  • Classes, classes, classes.  We have officially replaced our income with our home-based business.
  • Trips to Boise, Idaho Falls, and Texas.
  • Found a decent source of vitex and have started on that again.
  • Started a new oil blend called DDR Prime that is amazing for getting rid of tumors :)
  • I got called to a new church position with the kiddos that I LOVE.
  • Planning a trip to Costa Rica in April.
  • Looking for a new Obgyn or Family Physician (UGHHHHHH!!!!)
So, what would you like to hear about next?  I can expand on any of those points or talk about something totally different....

Life gets in the Way :)

There is nothing wrong with that right?  My life is nuts, and sometimes I forget all about this little blog.  It doesn't mean I forget about all of you though.  It was fun to get on and read all of the comments I just barely published (some of them were from MAY, sorry!)  I just want you all to know that I appreciate all of your emails, thoughts, concerns, prayers, vibes and love!  You have no idea how much all of these things mean to me.  I was recently asked how I maintain a positive attitude.  The answer is ALL OF YOU, plus my amazingly supportive hubby and my beautiful children.  I have such a neat support system and I feel like I have things under control.  I think this has taken away a lot of the stress that I have felt in the past and so I haven't felt the uncontrollable need to write on my blog as much.  A lot of my previous posts are ranting....ranting about the healthcare system, about doctors, about the knowledge that is NOT OUT THERE!  Know that I am here, that I am thinking of you all and that I am doing REALLY well :)  I got my latest prolactin levels and they are 245.  Down from 300 and those are down from 575.  I feel blessed.  I am trying a few new things and I'm hoping that when I do some tests next week they will be down EVEN MORE.  I'm still nursing my sweet 9 month old.  She is a doll.  I have no idea how I am ever going to wean her.  I know I need to soon, but I love that she needs this one thing from me.  She is so stinking independent and wiry.  I'm afraid that when I am done nursing that will be old news!  haha!

Here's a few pictures of us (I know I know....I need a good family one, but at least ya'll can see what keeps me so occupied)

Anyway, my hubby also lost his job and so we have been pushing long and hard to get our home based essential oil business off the ground.  We have been doing a program the last 4 months that pays us to travel which has been so nice, but so tiring!  I can't wait for the end of August (and this crazy, fun program) to come to the end.  Our business is amazing and enables us to spend lots of time together as a family and traveling.  Two of my greatest loves :)

Well, that is my quick update.  I'll post more soon once August if over!  Thank you all for everything!

Quick update!

It's been so fun to hear from so many of you recently!  It makes me happy and have a greater desire to post any new findings or experiences I've been having.  Since moving (we now live in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere) I have been trying to find a new place to get my labs done.  I think I may have found something, so hopefully I will have new blood results soon.  Meanwhile, I feel amazing.  I have more energy than I have had in a long long time.  I feel less stress and anxiety than I have in years which is amazing considering our list from the past 5 months:

-Just moved into a studio
-Moving again in a few weeks into a bigger place (YAY)
-traveling to Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ over the course of the next 2 weeks
-starting another new business
-giving birth and nursing a newborn and chasing a toddler around
-loss of my husbands job
-finding out that my tumor is bigger than ever and my levels are higher than ever (although I have brought them down a ton since then and I'm sure they are even lower now)
-becoming landlords (haha)

I'm thinking the natural dopamines from the rosemary and basil are helping a ton as well as the anti-anxiety/stress from the frankincense (not to mention it shrinks my tumor).  Anyway, I hope you are all doing well too!  Keep smiling and remember I love hearing from you.
